Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods (such as Christmas or harvest season) or in the event of high order volumes, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers
We ship to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post only. Courier deliveries require a street address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Evergrow is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Evergrow is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team within 48 hours of delivery to lodge a claim. Please keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage to assist with your claim.
