Domestic Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Starting a Return

• Email manager@evergrowproductions.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Returns must be sent to our Inverell address using a trackable shipping method.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• If returning a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
