Frequently asked questions

Do parents need to stay during the program?

Yes, we ask that at least one parent or guardian remains on-site to supervise children, especially younger ones. Our farm is a working property with open paddocks, gardens, and animal areas, so adult supervision is required for safety and comfort.

What age group is the program best suited for?

The program is designed for primary-aged children (5–12 years), but younger or older children are welcome to join in with parental support. Activities can be adapted to suit different ages and interests.

What should we bring on the day?

We recommend sun protection (hat, sunscreen), closed-toe shoes, a water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothing that can get a little dirty. Everything else is provided, including lunch and activity materials.

Is lunch provided for both children and adults?

Yes, a farm-fresh lunch is included for all participants. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when booking so we can accommodate your needs.

What happens in bad weather?

We’ll still run the program in light rain with appropriate shelter and indoor activities. In case of severe weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule or offer a credit/refund.
