Three ways to grow with VERTI-POTS™
Potting Mix
The easiest way to begin. Fill the pockets with a good quality potting mix, plant your seedlings and water from the top. Perfect for herbs, lettuces, strawberries and everyday vegetables on a balcony, patio or in a small yard.
Hydroponics
For more controlled growing, VERTI-POTS™ can be run as a simple hydroponic system. The towers are filled with a free-draining media and fed from a nutrient tank, giving very consistent growth and strong harvests in a small space.
Aquaponics
On our farm we also use VERTI-POTS™ in an aquaponics setup, where fish and plants share the same water. The fish help feed the plants and the plants help keep the water clean. It’s a closed-loop option for people who want a living, fish-powered system.

Our Inverell Demonstration Farm
Evergrow Componics Farm near Inverell is our working demonstration farm and the home of VERTI-POTS™.
Here we develop our Componics growing system, using VERTI-POTS™ towers, composting and clever water reuse to see how much food we can grow in a small footprint.
When you visit, you can walk through the towers, see how they’re set up and learn practical ways to use the same ideas in your own backyard or small farm.
